Backgrounds

■ BG (background) included in Fake Screenshots/Scenes only.
■ Ref Sheets get Simple BGs and are included.
■ BGs are priced differently depending on complexity.
    ■ Basic - Flat Color, Flat with simple Gradient, Blurred photo. + FREE
    ■ Medium - Sky only (Day/Night, Clear/Cloudy, Sun/Moon) or Out of Focus Mix BGs + $30
    ■ Mix - Nature, Simple Structures, or Out of Focus High BGs + Ask
    ■ High - Complex Structures or Buildings of substantial presence + Ask

Scene Complexity

■ Ground-up designs (usually for ref sheets) are +$50.
■ If multiple characters are in a piece, then the highest priced character is the base price and each extra character is +60% that base.
■ High Character Design Complexity will be +30% character price for each complex character.
    ■ High Design Complexity - Multiple tedious parts, patterns, and gradients.
■ Complex Dynamic Poses are +50% character price per complex dynamic character.
■ Complex Perspective Angles are +50% after Characters + BG

Rights

My Rights

■ I reserve the right refuse a commission so long as I have not taken payment.
■ I may update the ToS if I need to clarify more.

Your Rights

■ You reserve the right to ask for any adjustments so long as I have no moved onto the next phase in the art piece. Any adjustments after the phase would be 15% of the commission price added. If before, no charge.■ Ref Sheets may have several sketch phases for the different parts.1. Sketch

4. Shading■ My art is normally posted on social media. If you want to remain anonymous or not have your commission shared, let me know.

Payment

■ I use Paypal and Zelle. If you are international or prefer a different payment method, let me know and I'll see if I can use it.■ I accept partial payments/payment plans.

Refunds

■ Refunds can be done upon client request before finishing the sketch phase.■ You will receive a full refund.

Turnaround Time

■ Depending on the commission it could take between a week to a month to deliver, not including queue wait time. Complex character designs, and reference sheets contribute to the most time.
